Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sunvise. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is damaged or defective.
To request a return: Email us at thesunvise@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days.
- We offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour or variation (if available).
- Once returned and approved, we’ll send the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
How to Return
Note: This does not apply to customised products or final sale items.
- Go to the Order Status page and enter your order details.
- Generate and print your Return Label and Return Authorisation.
- Pack items securely in original packaging, including any accessories or manuals.
- Attach the prepaid return label or show the digital copy at Australia Post (they'll print it for you).
- Drop the parcel off at any Australia Post outlet or post box.
- Track your return at www.auspost.com.au.
Processing time: Please allow up to 5 business days after arrival at our fulfilment centre.
