Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunvise. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is damaged or defective.

To request a return: Email us at thesunvise@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days.
  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour or variation (if available).
  • Once returned and approved, we’ll send the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

How to Return

Note: This does not apply to customised products or final sale items.

  1. Go to the Order Status page and enter your order details.
  2. Generate and print your Return Label and Return Authorisation.
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging, including any accessories or manuals.
  4. Attach the prepaid return label or show the digital copy at Australia Post (they'll print it for you).
  5. Drop the parcel off at any Australia Post outlet or post box.
  6. Track your return at www.auspost.com.au.

Processing time: Please allow up to 5 business days after arrival at our fulfilment centre.
